Apartments Information

Prices are per apartment per week.

Infants aged under 2 free of charge.

In excess of 4 persons in an apartment a supplement of £100.00 per person per week.

A deposit of 25% is required with all bookings. Balance one month prior to arrival.

Please note that payments made are not refundable unless re-letting is achieved. We strongly recommend that you take out a General Holiday Insurance which will cover you against loss for circumstances beyond your control.

Payments accepted by Credit/Debit card and Online Bank Transfer (BACS).

Tenancy starts at 2.00 p.m. and ends at 10.00 a.m.

Any day changeover and any length stay (please note a stay less than 7 nights may be subject to a £100 surcharge).

Well behaved pets are welcome at an additional £100.00 per pet per week.

The Rocquaine Bay Apartments and Bungalows are open all year round.

All accommodation is centrally heated for bookings out of Summer Season.
